The Company is one of the leading trading house since 1949 involved in the business of export, import, trading and service related aspects of Iron and Steel meant for construction and general engineering industry as well as power, railway and automotive sector, The Company encompasses a wide network spread all over in the major cities of India.
The Company had in the past operated as the Consignment Agent (C & F Agent) and twisting Agent of SAIL, TISCO. At present the company is providing service as consignment agent and decoliling cum straightening agent [ Re Bar in coils] to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. and Tata Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., the annual throughput being around 170,000 MT.
The Company being well equipped with all modern Infrastructure facilities and expertise, had been rendering service at Kolkata to the main steel producers like Steel Authority of India, Tata Iron and Steel Co., Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., and other major private steel secondary producers to facilitate the sales of their products to the customers with utmost satisfaction.
The Management and executives of the company are having sufficient expertise in business front, the annual turnover of the group being Rs. 92.68 Crores.
Presently the main objective of the group is to expand its business further in the domestic and international arena and diversify to various fields like consumable products, chemicals, petroleum products directly as well as by way of collabration franchise and tie-ups with domestic and foreign companies.
The Company along with its associate concerns are a conglomerate group dealing also in non-ferrous items, engineering and construction items, export of handicrafts and furniture, jute items and building materials and operating a travel and tourism division.
